Drivers showed up to make a delivery. Had a steep driveway forcing the driver to carry the item further. The drivers started slandering Koreans and making all sorts of racist statements against Koreans. Should have cancelled right then, unfortunately I didn't and they caused much more damage inside the house by scratching three walls very noticeably. They had no care or concern so them I cancelled and removed them from the property. Won't every buy any items that use this company as a delivery tool.

Very Professional and friendly Staff. The older Hispanic male is a Army Veteran, and did two tours in Iraq he is now retired, and started this successful company. I am Oriental, and he confess to me that he spend a year in Korea, which he called a beautiful country. I will recommend this company to all my friends. We should all be proud of our veterans. Shame on people who slander this nice company.

I am sure all those reviews are correct! This company is so unprofessional! I bought a mattress from mattress ranch, they told me for delivery to contact this company, I set up my delivery a week in advance, contacted them Friday to make sure my delivery for the next day Saturday was still a go, got a text back yes, so I called and texted asking a time frame because the mattress would be at the store from 10am-12, I got a call from mattress ranch saying my mattress is ready at 12, so I contact this company, called no answer, texts no answer! I’m getting upset like I don’t have a bed we’re am I going to sleep, i called again no answer I text, I do not care what time just let me know if you are still delivery or not.... it’s 5pm still no response! A family member helped me out, I did text them I do not need there service, but I’m sure they had no intention of ever responding to me, they charge 80 $, I am shocked how unprofessional they are! All I wanted was a time frame, or even a yes, then I know they were coming, don’t waste your time!!!!!

Very unprofessional so he was late I waited the hour called the store @ 2pm was told he just left ok great I live 2 miles away so @ 3pm I called the store and told them I don’t have anymore time to wait move delivery to the following day as my wife had surgery and I need to leave to go get meds. Needless to @4pm I’m in the pharmacy and my wife calls saying that they are here . Ok fine the’re late I can deal with that , they make my wife get up same day as surgery ok that makes me mad but then there guys run into everything in my house that they could possibly bump into 2 TVs pictures on the wall and the I don’t care attitude just didn’t work I would never use this company again
