Jacob was so very helpful. He went out of his way to take measurements for me and then we went back and forth for a week making sure we had the etrac installed where they needed to be! Amazing place started talking to Jacob on the phone and he answered all my questions when other trailer company's wouldn't answer back or give me the time of day on a Saturday. Bought two trailers from Jake Metcalf at Platinum in Trumann. Drove out from SE Arizona to pick em up.
Great prices and very nice trailers.
A 29ft gooseneck deck over tilt and a 14’ utility cost me about 2mpg difference. These trailers track nice and true.

Someone hit our trailer and bent our axle, our work trailer was down. The repair shop that had our trailer couldn't get another axle for 3-4 weeks. Nick at Platinum Trailer group got us 2 brand new axles in a week! We had to make an 11 hour round trip to get our axles and fender and was a little nervous. He reassured us and called us on his day off to make sure our axles were on the truck! He sent us pictures of our new parts with the serial numbers just to make us feel better. We picked up our parts, he helped load them in our truck and was beyond helpful. Our trailer is repaired and better than ever!
