Not up to date with technology in 2025. Most companies use QR codes now. Get with the times. Remembered they didn't do Amazon QR codes as they say at the door but in fact its ALL QR codes. Why even be open now? Counter guy was RUDE yet the business shows they are Christians with signs all around.

These people who work here go above and beyond to assist people who obviously can’t read the signs that explain they are not a UPS store or a FedEx center. But they do have to charge for their time. Read the signs, they are in the door. But if you can’t read you are obviously the one that has the problem. Don’t take that out on good honest people who are literally trying to help you. If you’re going to yell and call them names, look in the mirror. You are the one clearly with the issue.

They must deal with a lot of combative customers because the attitude of the young man working there is terse, curt & clearly ready to go on the offense. I always feel uncomfortable going in there and try to kill with kindness - happily accepting the $2 charge to tape (?!) my package shut, etc. It's giving small business that hates what they do.

Woman working at the counter was SUPER rude because I had a QR code? After I showed her I already had a label also she reluctantly told me she could print it for me but she had to charge. Do not recommend.

I went to the store today with 2 pkgs to return back to Amazon. The young blond woman came up to the desk and was very rude to me. She told me she was very busy, had a ton to do and for me to get on my Amazon acct and go to returns as she went back to work. Several customers came in after me which she helped and they left while I struggled to figure out how to return my packages. When I expressed to her several times that the email she gave me kept failing she completely ignored my requests for help and kept on working. Needless to say I grabbed my packages and left. I will not be back.

The Staff here are GREAT! When I come in its usually John, the employee who greets me from the door, makes eye contact with me and smiles EVERYTIME I'm there! Then always says Thank you on my way out! I live across town but I drive to this location because of the great friendly and knowledgeable service! The young lady who works there is wonderful as well, I just don't know her name, I'm sorry but SHES Fabulous!! THANKS PACK N SHIP!!

Full service location for all your packaging and shipping needs. The staff we've dealt with are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They accept Amazon approved returns and carry a large stock of packing materials to suit your needs. We've shipped via UPS, FedEx, and even USPS using them and have always been highly satisfied with the results. This is a great local business and we're lucky to have such a nice shipping store in Jackson
