From the setting up with Ashley confirming with Kevin and Michael showing up to do the diagnosing! I don't think I've ever been treated this well before. Great experience. Tech was very knowledgeable and answered my questions honestly. We ended up replacing our unit instead of repairing it simply due to not loving the unit we had initially. That said I signed up for the maintenance package/program as I feel it is an awesome offer and price!

Our refrigerator started to decline on Christmas morning. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Jeremy was our technician. He diagnosed the issue and offered his recommendation of which we followed. He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was outstanding!

They were very polite and professional, but despite 3 visits to my home, were unable to repair my fridge which was freezing between the freezer and fridge, causing the fridge not to cool properly. We spent about $550 in parts/servicing and in subscribing to their overall appliance maintenance service, and after not having had a working fridge for about a month, decided to cut our losses, bought a new fridge, and requested a partial refund (for services, not for the part which they replaced). We were told management would be contacting us, but have yet to hear back since having been told that 3 weeks ago.

Central One: Service on a GE refrigerator, fridge portion had quit cooling, freezer was still working.

Initial visit was punctual, diagnosis was that the evaporator fan motor had quit working. Delivery of part was better and quicker than I expected and the return visit to install the part went perfect. The price was reasonable, fridge is now working like a new one. I thought that I was probably facing buying a new refrigerator. Really didn't know what to expect because I am new in the area, but you can bet, I will absolutely call them the next time I have a problem.
