Great little hidden gem! My daughter and I stayed here to attend a concert in town. We stayed two nights. I was so pleasantly surprised by what a bargain this place is. Very clean, and comfortable room. Great water pressure and hot water in the shower. Big screen TV, mini fridge, and microwave in our room. The location was easily accessible, and quiet. Such a great value for a great price! We will be going back in February for another concert, and most definitely staying here again!

Positive: The way this hotel is run is excellent. Clean rooms, pleasant staff. I travel a great deal and the owner and everyone on down should be proud. Negative: a tad hard to find, but I FOUND it.

We had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience.

The shower would not drain. Got locked out of our room twice because both key cards quit working. Tried to use the gym but the equipment was outdated and worn out/not working good. I was charged four dollars for “getting something from the sundry room”. I never got anything from there. The EV chargers at the hotel were apparently broken. Breakfast was subpar at best. Overall terrible experience. The lady that checked me in was very friendly but that’s about the only positive.

The welcome I received upon arrival was so heartfelt and warming. When Ms. Rina greeted me, I felt like family. What a lovely, lovely person! Check in was so easy and she was so thoughtful. Then I got to the room and it was super clean. Everything I needed was there. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. And, the curtains closed all the way! I haven’t seen that in a hotel in years. I always have to bring clips to curtains together, but didn’t have to do that here!!!

Breakfast was adequate and the coffee was good, which is a huge plus. It’s hard to get good coffee at a hotel. Everyone here was so friendly. I missed the morning clerks name, but she was very kind. This will now be one of my go to stops as I travel for work.

We came here late after choosing against 3 other motels in the greater Little Rock area. Was clean, friendly, affordable and well managed. In the morning we realized our window looked out on to a pretty clump of pine forest. Breakfast was fine. Only issue to note is there is no elevator for the 2 story facility if you have a lot of luggage or mobility challenges.

I'm not sure what is wrong with their billing system. We stayed here 7/13/2024 and they have put a hold on my husband's card four times since then for the amount we owed for staying one night. I am all for paying what we owe, but why does the charge keep going back and forth after over a month later? There has been nothing wrong with our account as far as funds being available, the money had always been there, so there's no excuse for insufficient funds. However, every week we keep seeing this hold on the account, only to process through, and then come backwhen it should have just went through and settled WEEKS ago. It's ridiculous.
