I absolutely LOVE coming to my local hardware store!! These people are so wonderful and knowledgeable!!!!!! When possible I shop local and we just bought a new to us home and I’m looking for paint colors and they were so friendly and helpful!!!

The store is always clean and staff are always ready to jump right in with their advice or knowledge.....prices are generally higher ... But the service almost makes up for it

Sometimes nice. Show favoritism to customers. If one person is searching for one item and someone comes in they know will buy more they stop helping the one to serve the "more important" customer. They do eventually help everyone.

They have a lot of merchandise and organized pretty good but they're not very helpful. I've shopped here quiet a bit and when asking for help they'll just give me the isle which most times is ok but other times when I can't find something there's no help available so I have left and went to OB's where there's ALWAYS someone offering to help as soon as I walk in. Ace may have more stuff but they aren't as helpful as they're competition.

Truly a hometown business. They also offer different types of services in addition to being a hardware store including lumber, and copying auto keys. The reason I shop local here is because they give back to the community in a multitude of ways.. and beyond measure.

Decent selection but their prices are ridiculously high compared to other places. Hard to find assistance in this store as well. I only shop here when I am in need of something quickly.
