I like to use AAA Taxi to take me places I need to go. I like all the cab drivers. Prices are not bad. Been with this company around 5 years.

TL;DR:
Pros: Kind customer service, drivers, and very comfortable cars.

Cons: Either show up right on time or 40+ minutes later. No in-between.

Full Review:
I usually wouldn't mind waiting if I were going to a bank or store or something, especially since the lady answering the phone was very sweet. But I showed up late to work once and almost a second time, even when intentionally scheduling my rides to be almost an hour earlier than when I needed to be at work. The worst was while trying to get a ride home from work, I had to wait a little over 1 hour and 15 minutes. I knew then and there that it may put my job in jeopardy trusting them to be on time to work.

You can't trust them to get you to work on time, but if you don't mind them showing up late, then it's cheap, the rides are cozy, and the people are very kind.

Very unreliable, it's always way later than they say (which has alot to do with the customers not saying how long they will be needed) they need to let them know so the next person in line waiting will know. I was told one person was ahead of me being dropped off in another town 3hrs ago...well the driver said they never left russellville So the customers are part of the problem and then the dispatch cant relay messages to the customer correctly because the driver dosent give them correct info so it causes confusion if you could just talk to the driver it would be alot clearer no confusion. not do not call them if you have an appointment for sure.. tonight they are 2 hours + late last time 2 hours late and it will cost about 20 (if you are already in russellville) just to go get food and stop at the gas station and come home, cold food by the time they show up... you can't plan when you don't have your own vehichle you will be disappointed if you do.
That was 2 years ago. Now it's almost 2:30pm on the 22nd of February 2025 & I've called since 12:00pm with no answer, maybe they're closed today.. I don't know.

Love this cab company owner is awesome and the drivers are friendly Julie was my driver on a Thursday night and she was so polite and had me laughing. They make you feel comfortable.. definitely using again.

The lady could not even answer basic questions without being very rude and condescending. When I called her out on it she just tried to justify herself. This was definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in years. I would not recommend this taxi service to anyone.
