Quality Office is amazing! We walked in after the guy at AT&T referred us there. Chris was wonderful. He was very courteous and saved the day. We were sure our phone was not repairable. Earlier this week my MacBook abruptly stopped working. As a Grad student, you can imagine how panicked I was. Luckily, I didn’t have to make the dreaded trip to LR and was able to find an Apple certified provider right here in Searcy! Chris at Quality Office, Inc. absolutely SAVED me this week. He was very helpful, super fast and communicated with me through every step of the process. The best part, everything was covered under my Apple Care and it didn’t cost me ANYTHING for his services. I do not recommend, my advice is stay away from this very questionable "service provider". They don't do exchanges (at all) on new apple devices or repairs, guy working told me they ship it out. They are basically a middle-man and will look for any reason possible to charge you for repairs (including manufacturing reasons) - even if the device is brand new out of the box and you have apple care, all the available warranties. Save yourself the time and seriously - money, and just take your device straight to the apple store.

Update: As I stated, they will make up any excuse to charge. There was no water damage. Brand new device, been out of the box once for an hour or so while a charge was attempted.

Here's a certified Apple Service Center that repairs iPhones and Macs, an unusual find in a smallish city. They give quick, friendly, and personal attention, and the phone and computer repairs they've done for me have been equal in quality to those available at Apple Stores—with much less travel and waiting time.

Have taken our Apple laptops to Quality Office in Searcy several times both for in and out of Apple Care repairs. Andrew is very knowledgeable about Apple products and offers excellent customer service. He can tell right away what's wrong and how much it will cost. Turnaround time is fast and repair prices are reasonable. So glad I found this authorized service provider--much closer and easier to deal with than driving all the way to west Little Rock to the Apple Store.

if you have something stuck in your iPhone lighting jack, they charge $16. AT&T stores do it free.
Otherwise, their staff is really, really great, and it’s the best place for all iPhone and Mac related problems!
