Depending on dock door assignment, can be a difficult bck. Dock doors 1 thru 6 an easy bck, 7 thru 14 can be a pain in the backside especially when other drivers refuse to allow you room to bck in. Call shipper when you arrive, ( phone #on sign at entrance.) they will tell you what to do next. There is some gravel lots near by to overnight park. They do there jobs , have picked up here 3 times now , but not overly friendly. Usually two hours to load. Sad to say my last visit took 6hrs, thank goodness my employer pays detention pay.

Dealing with the people over here is very hard. Couple of lazy guys make you wait for several hours to get you loaded. They do not do their job on time that is why there is a lot of trucks lined up waiting and looking their times. I went up to talk with African American guy and end it up arguing with him. As soon as you put your truck in the dock check on them continuesly to make sure you get loaded up on time.

Fast guys! Arrived 7:00 for delivery got paperwork by 8:10! And there’s alot space For backing, those saying it’s tight must be a steering wheel holder

Took a shot to check in about 4 hours early. Normally they will not let you check in more than an hour early but I got lucky and the nice lady helped me and went ahead checked me in and got me loaded. It helps to be polite and friendly. I was in and out loaded in about 1 5 hours.

After seeing negative comments, maybe I’m just lucky or maybe they got their act together. My delivery appointment was 21:00, I arrived 45 min late but they got me in right away. Lady checking in on the phone was nice, guy checking my seal and signing paperwork was nice as well. Unloaded in about 30 min. Overnight parking up the hill with a portable toilet on the side, limited parking though. At about 22:00 it’s full.

Waited 5 hours for dock assignment. 2 hours to get loaded. 25 min to get paperwork which the clerk wrote the wrong arrival and departure time. I scratched out the wrong times and put the correct times which threw her in a fit. If you don't have a mask they won't give you the paperwork even though no one inside is wearing one. I talked to several drivers that go there regularly and they all said that only a couple local companies get in and out quick so don't believe the fast loading time reviews.

Lots of truck traffic, but only 3 docks. My appointment was for noon, & got here & checked in 30 minutes early & here I am 3.5 hours later still waiting for a door. Plus there method is not a very good one. All they asked me for was my trailer # & each time they come out, they are lost trying to find the trailer they want, & there are trucks that got here way after me that are getting to get loaded before me. *No public restroom*

After sitting for 5 hours I pulled out closed the doors, then realized that I had the wrong load, so I came back to get the correct load... this has been nothing but BS
