I liked the truck and the dolly I only didn't like when I purchased it over the phone she never told me about the super pro insurance she was adding on there. I would like to have a refund for that it was around 56 dollars but other than that it was great.

Spent a lot of money here over the years. Accidentally locked my unit wrong (that’s on me… even tho it’s still locked lol) I live a few hours away so coming to fix the incorrectly locked lock was going to be a hassle. I figure the next time I’m in town, I’ll grab some things and fix it! But I got this text the other day which struck me odd how comfy this person was with ordering me around.
Adding on the $100 is a slap in the face when you’ve said nothing but good things about a company for 2 years.
“I’m sorry but” is not an apology. I didn’t wanna give 1 star because they do have a nice facility and this is the first time I’ve been treated like this.

Either way, don’t hurt someone for $100 if they can’t physically come in to fix the issue at your convenience. Be understanding and get some customer service training!

Mr. Jeff was an absolute Godsend. I would give this location 10 stars if I could for that man alone. He went above and beyond to help me and my husband today, in ways he absolutely didn’t have to. All around good service, kindness, and an absolutely incredible human. Thank you Mr. Jeff!

Howard is the general manager and he was wonderful to work with. He helped me find a better price for my trailer rental and helped me when returning the trailer. I highly recommend going into the store or calling to figure out the best price. I didn’t give 5 stars because I had a blowout on the trailer and the uhaul roadside assistance was extremely slow.

Only one professional person working there. I was joking around with him and another man came over to glare at me and told.me HE doesn't approve of our conversation. I said I was joking. The man I was joking with was laughing. Second.man said he did not allow that there. When he left I told the first man that I was sorry to have caused problems.
