Rude, condescending, uninformed volunteers with zero organization.
I showed up at 8:00 in the morning on Tuesday. I went inside to ask the lady at the desk what was going on and she said she didn't know I told her I needed a coat and she made me feel out some paperwork and told me the coach was on the rack in the back. There were no coats. That lady left and another lady came in and she acted like people that needed help we're an inconvenience to her. She didn't know what was going on any more than the first person. I watched several pickup trucks come in and load 50 lb bags of onions and big bags of cabbage and many many boxes of unidentified product. I went over and asked Raul what time did the food Line start and he looked down his nose at me and pointed at my ticket and said look on the ticket. I asked where am I supposed to park for the line and he pointed at the parking lot. I waited there from 8:00 in the morning until 11:30 and Raul came out and told everybody in the parking lot to get in line and told me last. I was the first one there and he sent 10 carloads ahead of me. After getting in line people started cutting in front of me. People in brand new cars. When the line finally started moving about 12:15 I got up to where the donations started and there was a giant box of sweet potatoes and cases of 1% milk. He then told me that I had to wait until the line in front of the warehouse emptied out and I could go get the rest of my stuff which consisted of a flat of expired blueberry yogurt and a gallon jug of blue cheese dressing. It is my opinion that Raul is selling the good groceries off the dock and handing out whatever is left over to the people that need it. The only reason I'm giving this three stars is so my comment doesn't get lost in the bottom.

Really wish they would post thier days in advance. It would be helpful too to have more times when they are handing out. That way the line wouldn't be so overwhelming. They really are doing an amazing job helping the community. My family has benefited first hand and they are really good people.

This place is unfair to people they give cars with smaller amount of people big portions of food. They give other people small portions of food when they have more people in their family. These people need to learn how to support families not give one person big amounts of food.I sat down there for 3hours family six chicken wings and gave others with whole turkey and ham I sure would have like to be them.
