I have a storage unit here and have had one in the past as well and the man who runs it is very sweet! He runs all of them in town I do believe and he does a fantastic job of it! He is very helpful.

Very easy to get ahold of for information. I love that I can pay my balance online. Their units are really nice and they even have climate controlled units. I love my climate controlled one and they offer different size units. In my opinion the price is really good especially for my climate controlled unit.

This storage facility has been the best storage facility I have ever had storage at, the manager is very understanding and helps us tremendously all the time, I give him five stars overall everything his units are cool they're he needs more in Hot Springs but overall the owner of mini storage. Our truck broke down at the facility, he sent somebody out to jump a truck off, and when time we were short on some things and he let us catch it up the bill without putting lots on it and he's also helped us in other ways I give this facility 10 Stars if I could I love this facility I love it so much that I'm not going to move my stuff from Russellville to Hot Springs because I can't find another storage unit that would be as kind and as courteous and as helpful as this storage facility, if you must rent storage this is where you want to rent it reasonably priced great hospitality and will work with you on payments and if you're short on payments sometimes helps with that too

Horrible. We threw away thousands of dollars worth of furniture as his climate controlled unit didn't function properly. We've met others that had the same problem.
