Ordered an item from this store from their ad on Google shopping. They have a full website set up to take orders online, it’s very deceiving on purpose. Contacted them three times and they are worthless. The young man I spoke to on the phone lied and said that they expect you to pick up your order in store. Even tho you charged me $12 shipping for a $6 item, you want me to go to Arkansas and pick it up? Wouldn’t refund my money and had to get a refund from PayPal.

The people who work here are all in on this scam and they are criminals. Have reported to google. Should not be allowed to pay for advertising to lure people to false items to steal their money.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM I ordered 6 bottles of insecticide from this store - the payment was pulled - but I never got shipping or a delivery ETA. Waited for weeks. They don't answer the phone and they don't reply to "customer support" emails. If you shop with this group you're burning money and time. IT IS A SCAM.

Ordered a part and never got a delivery, no phone call answered, and no email response! Don't order from here! Update: Finally recieved part. Had to send several emails to get any communication from them. Last time I will order anything from here though.

Ordered an item and it was not shipped in a timely manner so I requested it be canceled. I followed their instructions on their phone number and emailed them and after three emails I’ve still never heard from them. I am very disappointed in the customer service.

One of the better Ace stores I have been in. It's a small town store so you aren't going to get a bargain but it's a really good selection and very helpful staff

Very disappointed. They sent the incorrect item and I am trying to contact them to resolve. The only way you can contact them is through email. They say they will respond within 48 hours. Nothing. At this point I just want to get a refund and am waiting to send the incorrect item back. I understand they may be busy but I am sure online sales play a vital role in their business.

Found a great deal on what I needed on their online store. Ordered online despite the outdated website and poor reviews. Got a shipping notification 3 days later and parts are expected to arrive within a week of my order date. Happy my experience wasn't the same as all the other reviews with having to fight to cancel orders that never shipped.
