Things were a little rocky at first due to poor communication and the unimpressive customer service line that I had to call. However, I will still unhesitatingly give a 5 star review solely based on Haylie (I believe the property manager). She was quick to be everything a customer service agent should be.. kind, courteous, empathetic to my complaints and overall just a genuinely good human being.

Just rented a 10'-30' unit, very clean and spacious storage unit well maintained property very secure and friendly staff Ms Hailey makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door she takes all the time necessary to make sure you understand everything and how the facility operates and all processes and procedures of the unit, definitely recommend coming here for your storage needs, thank you for wonderful service Ms Hailey.

I started renting here in August of 2024. Rent was $158 and in December got an email with a $50 plus rate increase. We should not have to pay for repairs to their property through rate increase. You kinda don’t have a choice but to pay it though, because who wants to move a 10 by 20 unit full of furniture? Would not recommend.

Haylie was a huge help in getting me set up with a unit. She’s extremely kind and honestly was a breath of fresh air through an extremely stressful move. Outside of that, property is clean, quiet and safe. Units are fairly priced as well!
