Arrow moving and storage was top notch! Very professional and helpful throughout our move. Stephanie was amazing at scheduling our move and handling all the details. Matthew, Ricky and Quinten took very good care of our belongings and were incredibly careful moving us out of one house and back into a new house. Arrow was able to store our furniture etc for 6 weeks which was super convenient for us . Price wise I felt that Arrow moving and storage was very reasonable . Arrow Moving And Storage has been fantastic. We had our house sold 3 1/2 years ago and they stored our things for us while we were building our house. We bought a place to live in during the time we were building our home and when we sold that we had to be out for two months before moving into our new home so they packed us up and stored that stuff as well; but despite all the crazy moves, all our move was great, thanks to all of the moving guys ! They did such a great and careful job making sure not to bang or break anything!!! And they were so polite and nice!!! Also, they were willing to deliver our households 2 days apart so we could try and catch up a bit before the last load showed up !!! I highly recommend Arrow Moving And Storage from the staff in the office to the moving people. It was a great and easy move.

Arrow moving and storage was so easy to work with. I knew from the start I didn't want to work through a massive broker from all the bad stories of going that route. They were the only company that would actually come to my place for an accurate estimate without having to jump through multiple hoops and what felt like pulling teeth with other companies. They priced based off of weight vs. hourly. Our estimator - Ethan - was extremely friendly, realistic, and no pressure. Our assigned move coordinator - Barb - was on top of everything from start to finish. The included insurance added peace of mind, and they were on time for both departure and arrival for our move from Utah to Illinois. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well. Definitely plan to use them in the future as needed.

This was our first time using a professional moving company and without a doubt, it’s worth every penny. When I started getting quotes online with other companies, I quickly noticed that most were a scam. When I talked to Mayflower and their partner, Arrow Moving, I could tell right away, this was a trustworthy company and people. Their entire process from start to finish was clear, professional, efficient, excellent communication, great pricing and very easy to work with. Their driver Tommy was a pleasure and he was meticulous in how he packed everything and set up upon delivery. Barb was amazing with her attention to detail and communication, making sure all was going well throughout the process. Ethan was also wonderful from the start helping me to understand how to pack and the process. Thanks so much and I will always recommend you guys!!! You made everything SO easy for an across the country move!!

They made our move so easy to take care of. They provided boxes, in house estimate, and took care of everything we needed for our move. They were honest and upfront about all the details and offering 2 insurance types. If I had to move again, I would definitely use them! Even with a delay in their truck, they were still able to meet our deadlines. As with any move there will be unexpected problems and they handled every one with ease and kept me up to date.
