Truckers beware of being over weighed by loaders and the manager for the department attitude sucks as well. Came back twice to be reworked because of weight issues for safety they obviously didn't care and had bad attitudes.

Fast loading. Park at the stop sign and go check in. They give you a dock, back in and wait to be loaded. Once loaded, walk back in and collect paperwork and leave. Took less than 2 hours

Friendly and most importantly, QUICK. 16 pallets, 37k lbs, took less than an hour between check-in/out. It'd be nice if they would call or just come out and knock on your door. Not everyone wants to sit in their driver seat with the window down and listen/watch for them to holler and wave at you when they are done. But as per usual, these places don't care about the drivers time or being inconvenienced because they either don't know or don't care that most of us aren't even getting paid for our time at the shipper/reciever.
End of the day, it was a fairly pleasant experience and at least they are quick. Real quick.

Was pleasantly surprised with this location. Brent was the gentleman who checked me in and loaded my trailer. He was both professional and fast. It's important to know the entry to this location is off pompano. Kudos to both Brent and Dion. Thanks for the hard work!

Shipping guys need to improve their communication, 1st no red& green on their docks to let drivers know they are loaded, they won’t even knock on your trailer to notify you if they’re done, none even come to your window..if you don’t check for yourself you’ll stay here forever(check if dock’s door is closed) inside their office no ring or alarm to notify them your presence, you will wait and wait to get your Bol. On Bol they put time they finished loading not the time you got paperwork…

Very good and polite staff , checked in and right away got dock. Dock parking easy and clear. I wish every warehouse kind of like that
