STAY AWAY. Don't even think about signing with their factoring services. Loads on hold due to verification which sometimes takes days. Then your one schedule is split into multiple schedules. Which if you request funds via wire transfer the fees are adding up on outgoing and incoming wire fees. Reserves not released due to invoices being over 60 days old. Proof of payment sent 10-20 times and still their system is not updated for weeks. Worst factoring and people I can possibly think of.
Do yourself a favor and look someplace else.

Please don't sign the factoring agreement with them. If you lose your business for any reason, they charge you a monthly termination fee 3% of your contract amount. They charge me 16 thousand dollars to give me a buyout.

The most Terrible and WORST factor company, they hold your money in your reserve account and will never release to you if you stop invoicing them for whatever reason, we have been held over $20,000, and went broke because of short cash flow. Anyone can help? We would offer 50% to win this case.

This is the worst factoring company I have ever had, be aware guys, always delays with money, a lot of verifications asking, load verification, price
verification, no damage verification this is crazy! This job has to be in their side, I submit clean BoL and RC the rest of it should their job! But not! they asking a lot of verification and confirmations etc. and your money everytime delay, even If I
send verifications from the brokers, sometimes they blind don't see it I need to resend ten times and calling, when I called them the office clerks seems like flying somewhere they don't know what they are doing and even where they are!
Guys believe me I have all proves in my emails. If they would give me 0% fees I would stay away, because stress and your health much valuable! It was one of my happiest day when my contract ended! Stay away ! Stay Away! Stay Away!

Hey everyone , England factoring company is really bad they do not pay you on time. They got money from brokers but they do not pay you. They hold money for several weeks and when we call them they talk very rude. We are stuck with them and they are not ready to help us. They hold my $34,000 and they need rate verification for every single load even we have rate confirmation and all the necessary paperwork attached but they always make excuses not to pay on time. Alan Riquer is very rude , he does not know how to talk and deal with the clients, I asked him to transfer the call to the manager he just hung up. I submitted 10 loads per day they only pay us for one load and rest of the 9 loads on hold. They want early termination fee of $12000. 0 star for England factoring, very bad experience with them. Please people, do not get this factoring company. They do not care about their clients and every time we call them to ask for money they always hung up the phone.

So They book a load with Us for $1150 and after 30 mins Jarrods sends an email saying that he is only going to pay $900 if I want to still run the lane. Tells me I confused his dispatch, how did i confuse your dispatch when everything is on email.
Bunch of thieves. You guys are the reason trucking industry is struggling bad.
