I don’t usually give five stars but this time I have to. I checked in and got a door immediately. Started loading me as soon as I dock. Easy to dock with plenty of space. They loaded me in 20 min. In and out quickly. Not sure if it’s usually like this but my experience this time is great.

Thank you for taking me 1 hour before my appointment time today. Check in/out process is now automated and straightforward. Make sure you have your delivery/pickup numbers correct. Inadequate space to park, or for maneuvering a 70 ft truck, and you'll likely have to move when waiting for a dock assignment.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE TRUST ME i arrived at 2:09 pm for 2:30 pm pick up i went inside and got checked in and as we all know you have to go back to your truck and wait for a text message with a door number!! So I waited 4 hours because there was 2 truck in the front of me and after the last truck got loaded i went inside to find out they were CLOSED with out telling me that they were closed
Stay away from this trashy location and the trashy peoples that work inside

Showed up for a load that was supposed to be on the dock and ready to go.no one knew anything about it had to wait two hours until another shift came in then loaded me right up.just don't think first shift wanted to do anything
