This is a great company to work for. It does not feel like going to work, it feels more like spending time with family. The company has great leadership who listens to their team members. I have been here for about 8 months and have nothing but good things to say about the company. Ownership is in the office first thing everyday and always has a true open door. Operations is in the process of cleaning up some prior sins and poor hires that have lead to a lot of the bad reviews and upset prior employees. But that is normal in any company trying to acquire the best talent and grow a business. ILM hires only the best and safest employees in the business that understand and love trucking. On-time and safety backed customer service is what we provide.

Upper management is very cool, they're running me in a brand new Volvo which I prefer a Freightliner. Hint. I've been here for a little while and I don't have much issues.
