Staff was less than helpful. Was given a barcode to scan in order to print out a shipping label. Girl behind the desk said they aren't a UPS store and started the sentence with "Not trying to be rude..." which means that is exactly how she was trying to come across. This employee needs to work on her professionalism and customer service.

This is a wonderful business for anyone who needs to ship or pack items. I ship a pretty good amount for work purposes, and I’ve never had or even come across an issue. Locally owned, and the owners and employees are always extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They went so far as to help me track down a UPS driver that had my package on a truck because I needed it for a meeting and it was running late. They had him deliver it to their business with a hour, and I couldn’t be more thankful for their help. I recommend them to any and everyone in need of mailing and shipping services.
