Email stating parcel would be delivered Monday. Did not arrive till the Thursday. The parcel itself 2 seconds and it was opened. Goods looked as if they had been opened. Cardboard paper cover not in clear plastic slot cover. Lo and behold, the 6 button batteries were missing. Will be looking when ordering goods online who is the delivery company. Absolutely shocking. Read other reviews about this company.

11 days, multiple conversations with customer service via web chat and phone call and still unable to deliver my parcel. Specific delivery instructions given and ignored. I’ve been Mugged off by customer service. They refused to deliver to my nearest yodel store and will only deliver to the nearest depot which is over an hour away. It is taking several days to arrive at the depot. I won’t ever use this courier again.

5 days to get a parcel. Can't phone. We chat next to useless. I now ask senders if they use Yodel before making a decision to purchase an item.

3 times delivered to the wrong address. Despite it being the right address.

The CEO or head of logistics shouldn't be in this position. Clearly inept. Not an effective service.

This shower do not have a clue how to run an efficient operation. 10 customers waiting a week or more for delivery, 1 only a few miles from where it was sent. They will either not turn up with your delivery or 95% is late, not by 1 day but several. They change dates, then when you try to call about it, it says that you chose to change the date, eerr no I didn't, you did.
I decided at the weekend, enough us enough. They have just lost me as a customer. They may be the cheapest by a few pence, but I'd rather pay that little extra to ensure orders are delivered ON TIME.
This company apparently nearly collapsed earlier in the year. I believe it is just a matter of time now before it finally does and I don't want any of my parcels being trapped in their operation when it does. No more, Evri and Royal Mail from now on.

Said they attempted to deliver but no evidence of a failed delivery. Spoke to customer service who said I could collect from the Bellshill depot and when asked when I would collect in order for them to notify the depot when to expect the collection. Gave them todays date, Tuesday 23rd, as it was the first day I could collect.
Arrived today to collect, after a 45 minute drive, to be told the parcel was returned to the sender yesterday.
Completely incompetent at every stage.

An excellent company to deal with. I've heard some stories about their deliveries, but I have never had a problem and their tracking system is second to none. Great drivers who are always helpful. Five star service.

I was waiting for parcel on Sat but got email stating someone called but no one in to arrange redelivery. I was home and it inside the delivery window time. Got delivery today and the parcel was put through the letter box. FFS, could have done that on Saturday. Very Poor Service. Wasted 2 days waiting in!!!

Yodel simply doesn't deliver parcels from this depot any more. Both me and my partner have had parcels sitting in it for over two weeks as "In local depot delivery to be scheduled". According to Yodel customer service this is normal as they don't have any drivers for this depot. Terrible.
