My employer uses various Rico points for the delivery of parcels and I use this particular branch as I stay locally in Livingston. Always find the staff helpful when I turn up to collect packages. Not had any issues using this service so would recommend to others.

Parking is good to the rear of the building so if you need to collect larger items you could get a van inside.

Delivered a parcel at midnight. House in darkness. All of us asleep to include young kids. Rang the doorbell persistently until we were woken up. Then asked for directions to the nearest fuel station as I suspect the guy was nowhere near home and had a long journey to get back there - at midnight. Absolutely ridiculous and I have asked my work to never use them to send me a parcel again.
