Some of the staff (the original crew) are amazing and always great to chat with, but the new guys who barely speak English are really difficult to communicate with if you have any questions or if you need something from the hot case. They are very nice, just can't communicate, which is kind of important when you are trying to sell stuff to people.

Also, everything sold in the store is 2-3.5x more expensive than what you would pay if you had the time and gas to make a 40 minute round trip into Battleground... if you are only getting one or two things, it stings, but if you are seeking munchies for multiple people or need actual groceries, it's just WAY too expensive for the convenience...

Tax was .19 cents.
The charge to use my debit card was .75 cents.
Because it cost .75 cents per debit transaction to use the machine that they own.
The staff can be polite. The store is dirty.
When I ordered two burritos, neither with cheese, I still received bean and cheese burritos.
I am lactose intolerant.
I didn't ask for my receipt because I didn't think I would need one for two burritos, and I was under the impression that I had been given the correct food and I am now fifteen minutes down the road.
It could be better.

I love the staff here, always so welcoming and friendly. I wish the deli food was a little better, the last 3 times I've gotten chicken strips they've been over fried and inedible and the prices are a bit high but that's expected out here. With that being said id rather make the drive from Amboy to yacolt than go to the Amboy market.

Great for must have items in a hurry. Prices are high, but that I'd to be expected for the convenience. I'd rather leave my money in Yacolt than drive 20 minutes to pay less in a big store. Everyone is friendly, and they take requests for items to add. Here multiple times a week!

Go up
