I have been a customer of Wynd's for a few months now and I could not be any happier! Wynd is quick, efficient, and easy to use. They not only efficiently ship our packages, they also take out the hassle of packaging them. My customers have been very pleased with the quality that goes into our packaging and we were worried that once we shifted over to Wynd this would diminish. But, Wynd continues to fulfill and go over and beyond our expectations! The couriers I've met come quickly, are super friendly and helpful, and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. I highly recommend the service, especially if you are located in New York.

Do NOT trust these people with shipping or handling orders for your business! Wynd is worse than amateur hour. They are reckless, negligent and grossly unprepared to perform the service they claim to provide.

After they lost an item for an ecomm order, I foolishly gave Wynd the benefit of the doubt and continued to use their service. Shame on me: not too long after, they screwed up the delivery of a gigantic wholesale order, delaying delivery by more than a week (which was immeasurably detrimental to my business).

Their customer service department is also spectacularly poor—something for which there really is no excuse, even at the Beta stage. The representative assigned to our account, Arianna dodges all of our calls and emails. Not a good look. To anyone out there on the Internet thinking to hire Wynd, I can’t urge you enough to explore other options.

Paid overnight shipping for Garlands to place on the procession of cars for my grandmothers passing. Ordered Monday still not here...it’s been sitting with you at the facility for over 24 hours with a label made. Thanks to you we won’t be able to do this for our grandmother. Her dress...ordered a day after...arrived in 1 day and expedited shipping was not as excessive as yours.
