Excellent family-run storage facility! The site manager was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me figure out which size unit I needed. They even give free ice cream to customers in the spring and summer! What a bonus after a hard day of loading and unloading our trucks. I highly recommend Woodinville Self Storage.

Great family owned and operated business. Old school…..no App to download and when you call you get a real person in the office.
We had a large unit for 8 years and never had any problems.
Would definitely use this facility again.

Warning: the owners will raise rates dramatically with little warning. I was a loyal customer for 14 years who always paid my bills on time. They raised my storage rate by 47% in one month. I was okay with incremental increases each year, but I couldn't do business with a storage yard that jolted me with increases like this.

I love location and management. Payment method is not convenient. You have to pay cash or check. You can also set up automatic deduction from your bank. But its not online. Now days we are not using checks often. Pls change your payment system

These are the nicest People in the world to work with. They are all pleasant, and it is easy to find a perfect storage unit for your needs. The units are not heated/Air-Conditioned, but they are high quality, and more spacious than units of the same sq footage at other locations. Everything is drive up accessible, and the owners make themselves easily accessible. Freeway accessibility is great, they are just up the street from the Woodinville Costco which is also nice. I wasted a lot of time going and seeing other places. I would recommend skipping all of the legwork and just go visit these guys, you will be pleasantly surprised.

I love my unit here, it's a decent price for the market. 2 things, you can't pay with a card only cash or check and they tend to take long lunches in the middle of the day.

Nice folks, parking is a little tight, prices are good compared to the big chain storage places. They do need to set up on-line payments, little bit of a hassle to sent them a check every month.
