This is HANDS-DOWN the best place you will ever be able to rent from! From Mukilteo I’ve kept it….driving past numerous other storage facilities to keep my stuff here! Jacob is an amazing-SERIOUSLY AMAZING- manager!!! I can’t stress that enough and I’m still saying that after I have paid extra fees for being late, (my own fault -being out of town and forgetful..) He really watches out for his customer’s best interests in every way possible from cost, applying or informing me of discounts I wasn’t aware of, to security, to helping with the moving van rental and returns. He thought of absolutely everything! The other gentleman working there was pretty damn helpful too! LISTEN…if I can help just one person from going through the shitstorm of incidents we have gone through using Mukilteo’s Public storage or another subpar facility, then it was worth the time writing this review! The safety record at Woodinville Heated Storage is perfect! Using Public Storage we were broken into and robbed on multiple occasions with $1000s in loss -that their forced placed insurance would cap out at 5000.00-when just our welder cost was well over that-If your belongings are worth storing to you then this is the only place I can honestly recommend, that will bring you peace of mind and like I mentioned earlier, Jacob being the manager is just a bonus that would brighten anyone’s day!!

Jacob is awesome. Some of the best customer service I experienced recently, and I hope that he’s training others, but there’s some things you can’t teach!

Facilities are very clean, and secure. Would recommend to anyone. Solid management in place.

I rented a storage unit here for 11.5 years. I dropped off my containers in 2012 and came back only in 2023 to get my stuff. I was living overseas and frankly worried if my belongings were OK. I was very happy to find all my stuff was just fine. All my old electronic devices are still working. There were no signs of bugs or rats. I stored everything in plastic containers.

They raised the rent only a couple of times in 11.5 years which is great considering some places raise the rent yearly.

I highly recommend this facility.

Awesome storage! Had a 2nd floor unit for 15 months. Was attractive because of the 5am-11pm access hours, security keypads, and the climate control.

There are always plenty of carts to use and the facility is kept up in great shape. During office hours, you can even use the restroom! That's a rarity among storage facilities.

The staff always remembered my name and was helpful with the Uhaul rental as well.

Would definitely recommend!

Our quilt guild has had a storage unit here for 8 years. It is climate controlled and clean. The security system is great, needing a code to get onto your floor so nobody seems to be walking around that shouldn't be there. Jacob and Gary, who work there, are very friendly and keep the place looking great!

Prices are fair and the staff is knowledgeable. They make a walk through on all the floors every couple of hours to check if storage containers have been left unlocked or open and secures it with a pad lock until they make contact with the tenant. I also like that a key coded is needed to get into the building and elevator that will take you to only the floor your storage is located. There is also an alarm and sensors on the floor your going to incase someone tries to break in. They also provide a truck to move your things if needed and there are boxes available to purchases if needed.

The facility is clean and secure; the management clearly takes security seriously - video surveillance, personal pins, in-door locks.
I feel comfortable knowing that my family photos (my most valuable treasures), my electronic dinosaurs, my secret stash of fabric and yarn... are safe and dry in the climate controlled environment.
Bonnie in the office was great, she explained all the details and even told me about the special promotions that were going on and when they expire.
No food or liquids of any form (including water) are allowed. It's an inconvenience, but at the same time I understand and I appreciate knowing that I won't have to worry about a bug or rodent invasion from someone else's food-stuffs.
I highly recommend the facility. In fact, I've had moments when I was tempted to run away from home and sleep there - it's clear clean, and definitely warmer!

Clean, well-lit, climate-controlled storage. Their security system is tight without being difficult to use, and every time I stop in when the office is open, they have smiles and kind words. What more could ya want?
