Rafael was great. Called in on a Saturday afternoon about a dodge 3500 they had advertised. Found out it was at their longview location. Rafael drove up Sunday morning to bring the truck down from longview himself and called me with updates as the morning progressed. I came out and looked truck over. Took it for a test drive and was sold on it.

Throughout the entire process he was professional not pushy at all. Glad to have him working through the process.

Super nice people, one of the easer purchases, not happy about the body damage. The salesman told me the truck had no body damage, then I looked at the tailgate, which had dents someone covered up, he said nothing. Then after going over the truck after I got home, the lower bed has damage in front of the rear bumper on the drivers side. I’m super picky about my vehicles, I called the sales manager a week later and told him what I found and never heard back. The bottom line is people trade shit in for a reason. They have a 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty, it’s pretty much a joke, just ask them. Ask them before and after you purchase your vehicle.

Just got our Suburban detailed at Westlie Ford and it’s absolutely beautiful!! We’ve had several cars detailed here over the years and have never been disappointed. It’s fairly priced to boot!
We will keep going back. You should try them, I’m confident that you’ll be satisfied.

Amazing service makes you feel like family. I got an amazing deal on my vehicle and complementary first few oil changes. They even offer to shuttle you home if it’s gonna be a long wait and then they will bring the car to you out of this world phenomenal.

Hybrid car has issue with electric drive. Westlie Ford recommend replacing the transmission with a new one at $22,000. Control module is $121 that will likely fix this issue according to hundreds of post i found online, they never even recommend this as something to try. I had to pay them $250.64 for them to tell me this. This included $21 in shop supplies.... what? I will never go back to this dealership! Rip off artists with poorly trained technicians. Their management needs to wake up and learn how to be honest and reliable. This will bring repeat customers, not bad reviews like this. This is the 3rd time I have had a negative experience with this dealership and they have lost my business forever! I would leave a No Star review if it was an option. By the way, I drove the car onto the trailer via ramps. Lastly, the cars value is only $7,500, but Westlie Ford recommend a $22,000+ transmission replacement!
