This terminal is great! The shop is on cue. The gaurd shack is kind and friendly. The lot is clean and the showers laundry and coffee works well. Very pleased with this terminal.

I am a driver for Werner! Have been for a few years now! I have visited several terminals, and by far West Memphis is the best! From the terminal manager Mrs Patsy to everyone in the front office, and everyone in repair / maintenance shop!
Big shout out to Mrs Patsy she is always willing to help the drivers out in anyway possible, her appreciation for us truly shows, and is without question genuine! I always enjoy visiting here and seeing the same amazing people year after year! Thank you Mrs Patsy and everyone working so hard at West Memphis to keep us drivers moving in the right direction 🙂 much love, respect and appreciation!

We really enjoyed our experience with WERNER. Although everything has not been exactly the way I was told it would be. I will know more once they assign me truck. But I do believe it is a GREAT place to get GREAT experience. The

My experience with Warner at West Memphis terminal this morning was amazing. I was planning to quit Warner based on staffed from the original office Calling me ?
when I Arrived at West Memphis terminal the staff Joshua broils and the manager, Patsy Henson Totally changed my mind about going to different company they made me Feel like Home and part of Warner family I do want to appreciate them for the help and support in every way thank you so much And God bless. I am glad to be Werner family all the thanks gos to manager patsy Henson and Joshua bromilow .

Edits: 5/24…..about the showers…really? One shower had a broken holder for the shower head and no shower shelf to put things on while in the shower. Another is out of order. My original review from about 2 month ago (below) still stands…vending machines are either not stocked or out of order as well.

Stopped into the W Memphis terminal a few times, my only complaints really are that the showers need to be updated, better water pressure and better heating for the water.
You have to be on top of keeping an eye for the entrance to the complex though, if you miss it, you’re going to drive all the way back around.
Otherwise the yard is nice and large now. Easy to move around in. The rest of the facility is good as well.

Very nice terminal! 4 stars because the showers need to be hotter, the sink to wash dishes has no hot water and drains slow. But the shop is great! Staff is good too!
