I have to given them 5 stars but the only bad thing about them is checking processs today i wait almost 45 minutes for checking the guy names benjamin was super duper slow come on man its 2025 and you are lucky you have computers but still you work like 1950's. Come on dude have some respects for drivers. We are standing and you saw that still you are not thinking to work fast. Management please keep type of slow workers away from front desk. Ask them to clean restrooms and picking up yard trash. Loading or unloading took 2 hrs then they put your paperwork in the trailer. After getting their call you are goos to go.

Very Nice People. Very fast unloading water. Had a 19:00 appointment, check in at 16:27, had door 132 at 16:45, paid lumper and was out at 17:45.
Lots of room to back in. Wish all receivers were like Wegmans

Third time here first time went OK wasn’t too bad. Maybe I just got lucky second time four hours of waiting to get unloaded and my paperwork. When you get here, they want to take a picture of you and input all your information into the computer keeping a database of all your personal information doesn’t make any sense to me why they wanna do that it’s not like we’re bringing nuclear waste. It’s just chicken nuggets and french fries !!Today’s my third time here got here at 7:30 for 9 o’clock appointment got told to open up my doors by 815 unloaded me Within 30 minutes only had a few pallets it’s 11:37PM and I still don’t have my paperwork Four hours of waiting again and the place is a Ghost Town. It’s not like there’s crap loads of trucks everywhere makes no sense why a place of this size takes this long to count. Do better Wegmans. Do better

They were told multiple times that they were 1 of 2 stops, and that they only had 6 of the pallets. They proceeded to unload the entire trailer, and then reload it. Their pallets were verified to be on the tail end when loaded. Time wasted, making the second stop hours late. On top of their "Strict 2 Hour Early Limit" for appointments. If you're the last stop, fine. If you're not the last stop, you take it when it gets there, ASAP. We won't be shopping at Wegmans anymore until their distribution network proves its competency. *Edit - the lumper service charged for all 16 pallets that were on the trailer, not just their 6 pallets. Avoid this place.*

One of the best food deliveries I’ve ever had. My appointment was set for 7:00pm, I arrived at 4:50pm, went inside and got assigned a door immediately and right away they started unloading me. I was empty less than an hour later. Once the lumper fee was paid I was out of there by 6:15pm (before my actual appointment)! You can’t beat that!!!

The guards at the gate are very professional and helpful, it was my first time there . They showed me on a map just how to get where I needed to go on their property. The recieving office was prompt, I was put on a dock immediately, it took about 2 hours before they started to unload me but once started it was pretty quick.

I've been here many times, and never once had any issues. So this time there's a blond woman behind the window at check in. She begins to go into a meltdown simply because the PO number on my bol sheet is not the correct number. (This has happened before and other people checking me in have never had an issue finding the load). She's got a bad attitude and says (you need to get with your broker because we always have issues with these po numbers!) After calling my dispatcher,
I finally locate the correct number (as the correct number was not on the bol), I go back in to the window, she's still having a meltdown and so her co-worker checks me in. Meanwhile she's sitting there calling a driver or drivers (brain dead), then she's continuing to meltdown to her co-worker in saying "I don't want to work here another day in this hell hole"! I don't know how you guys do it! Etc etc....
Another driver walks in and she said "welcome to hell!"
(Meanwhile I've just been treated like a piece of garbage)...
Wegmans.. you should look into this!
I'm a driver, not a piece of garbage, and I do not appreciate being treated the way that I was tonight..
I treat people with respect and deserve the same in return..

Nice people working here. 2 shift from 4am and 7am. Unload quickly. But small please for backing to the door. Do not come earlier 4am. After check in you will need to park at the parking lot at the photo and waiting for call from shopping/receiving office.
