destroyed property by improperly packing it and then INSISTED it "was broken to begin with". 2 guys worked fast 1 dragged his feet all day, boxes were all labeled and 40% of them still ended up on the wrong floor, also was told they would show up at one time and actually showed up about 1 hour early.
