Ordered siding that was delayed weeks initially. As we are local to the area it is very disappointing that a few items that are “in stock” cannot be returned. Picked them
Up on site and yet no process to return stock color items that were extra? Allen and talked to someone who said they were and turns out now they are not Sad to have a couple hundred dollars of materials with no return.

Purchased siding with their paint and I'm beyond disappointed. Paint has faded so bat that the original paint color is unrecognizable. My newly built home looks terrible, and to make matters worse, when we contacted their warranty department, they rejected our claim by saying "chalking" is normal and that their producs need be scrubbed and cleaned every 6-12 months. What a joke. Their products and service are the worst I've ever experienced. You'd be better off buying paint from Walmart than here.

The 30 year warranty is a complete joke my 3 year old siding is peeling on the edges today after 196 days of waiting for a resolution to my warranty claim this is what they first offered.
Agreement. Wausau Supply will provide 3 of Diamond Kote® Cinnabar paint to repaint the siding along with $855.00 (US
Dollars) towards labor to paint the siding. The affected siding boards will need to be scraped and lightly sanded PRIOR to
painting. Nothing else will be provided. The reimbursement check will be sent to you upon proof of completion of the
project and your payment towards labor to paint the siding and trim.

Their second offer was this.

" Agreement. Wausau Supply will provide 14 of Diamond Kote® Cinnabar paint to repaint the siding along with $4275.00 (US
Dollars) towards labor to paint the siding. The affected siding boards will need to be scraped and lightly sanded PRIOR to
painting. Nothing else will be provided. The reimbursement check will be sent to you upon proof of completion of the
project and your payment towards labor to paint the siding and trim"

I have 3400+ square feet of siding that is pelling I have 3 bids to replace the siding that are all over $50,000. This is absolutely ridiculous I would buy any other siding if I could go back in time. Their customer service is horrible, very little communication. The technician they sent out to look at it on day 193 promised to email me his report then later claims he never said that but yet he asked me to text him my email address. He also promised me that they would make things right for me. slapping some paint on flawed siding is not going to fix the problem the siding needs to be complety replaced.

I will say it again it has taken 196 days to get to this point and they required me to get 3 bids on full replacement quotes which I did.

Their warranty on products is garbage. 10 years is a lie. More like 10 minutes and then it's an act of God and won't be covered. Proceed with caution.

People are recyclable I’ve heard the plant manager say, as a worker there I can definitely say the motto isn’t quality over quantity don’t recommend them to anyone just better yet spend your money with Anderson a much better company!

I am very disappointed... I purchased $7000 worth of LP smart siding from a lumber yard that purchased the siding from Wausau Supply Co with the color "maple" in 2018. I went to buy more to make repairs to building that was damaged and was told the color in not offered because the paint is not available. Both the lumber yard and Wausau told me they have had numerous requests for more of this color, so I'm not the only one looking for it. I asked about contacting the paint manufacturer and was told I could not get that name. Wausau PLEASE step up and find another way to buy that color or put pressure on the company you buy it from to make again. There are a lot of storm damaged homes in WI recently so the need is there. I also want to build another building and will need additional siding in the next year for that too. I don't believe the materials are not available, there has to be way to produce it again.
