Service is fine until you call them. Over the past few years iv had a broken can, a missed pickup on my ENTIRE STREET, and an order for a bulk pickup at my home. I call in, I'm told it will be taken care of, not taken care of, repeat. After a few rounds of this, I make it a point call every day. After multiple more rounds, it will finally get resolved because I made myself a pain. They have a contract with my city, so I can't go to another company. My only other option is to drive my own trash, in a hatch back, to somewhere else. Somehow, that's not a monopoly. Good luck if your forced to work with them. Edit (Oct 22, 2004) I'v called your number as suggested. I'm still being blown off. My trash can sits outside of my buisness that sells food and it's overflowing. I call, I'm told it will be picked up that day, and it's not. I call again and get told someone will call back. Nobody calls back.

Moved here in September. Several weeks spuratically had been missed until June. Our trash hasn't been picked up for 6 weeks now despite repeated phone calls. And statements saying they'll get it "tomorrow ". I had to dump it at their front gate this past weekend. We had a large gathering for the holiday and informed them we desperately needed service. Told us multiple times they were coming and never showed. Giving them one more chance to collect. If it isn't picked up, we will be taking legal action with support of other members in the community of Oakland. We paid for a service and it hasn't been provided.

Our trash pickup has been very good every year until this year. Starting the week before Christmas our trash wasn't picked up that week the next week it snowed and it wasn't picked up ( totally understandable considering we live down a dirt rode and it was slick) the next week it was icy so was not picked up again understandable it was icy the next week it was still slick so it wasn't picked up then so being understanding about the weather and our rode I didn't complain I didn't call.. so while it's been raining I've been burning trash to try and take care of things myself. Well with like 12 bags of trash left my wife calls waste connections to try and get them to come to our house to pickup the remainder of the trash and the lady she talked to was not understanding and kept cutting my wife off not letting her explain our situation just being a complete Karen. I've never missed a payment I've never been late on a payment and this is hows it's going to be I'll take my business else where. (The trash pickup guys are great I appreciate you thanks for all your hard work) that lady answering the phone needs to take note from them guys. Thanks

Not very reliable. We got an email yesterday saying that they would run a day late. They didn't show. This isn't the first time. They also changed the day our trash is picked up, which is fine. But no one was notified. They said flyers were left notifying everyone of the change. That isn't true. And whenever the guy does run, he leaves the trash can just sitting in the middle of the road. If we had more options for a trash service I'd definitely choose another one.

It’s freezing cold and my trash can had gotten knocked over! I watched the driver stop the truck! Get out in the wet weather and put the trash can upright in order to dump it! This is more than I would have probably done this day but I was truly impressed with the effort and services made by the gentleman! He was servicing bull shoals area, on Highway 178 next to the 178 club. and I wish I knew who he was to thank him properly! His efforts were truly appreciated!

Worst trash company ever. Rude customer service. Said she didn't get paid enough to hear me yell. Trash truck driver will drive right past trash? And they literally only even come regularly 1 to 2 times a month. I pay $50 a month! There automated system tells you to put your trash out a day late then they come on scheduled day Don't use them! Horrible!

Our pick-up is on Tuesday, They sent a message that due to weather it will be on Wednesday... No pick-up, I called and was told they got caught up and they had stopped by on Tuesday. We were not told you got caught up...was told we have to wait to next week...We have our trash waiting for pick up. we pay for a service . not to be told its next week, not ggod srevice practice, you told me it was your fault and or mistake. not getting service we paid for,,,no discount given due to your error...not happy at all with your service, I gave one star, ( You have miss aprox. 3or 4 pick-ups in the last 45 days with no refund given

We have waited for them to provide a trash receptacle for over a year. We finally bought one ourselves. We also had an issue with them not picking up our trash. When I called, the woman who always answers the phone refused to help, at all, and said they would "get it next week". This is unacceptable.
