It started with Raven helping me get my eye exam completed. She was so nice and helpful even being her first appointment of the day. She was able to answer any questions I had and explained the entire process thoroughly. I was in a little bit of a time restraint but she made sure I was out of there exactly when I needed to be she was fantastic. Just all around wonderful experience. I then came in the next day to pick out some glasses with my wife where we met Julie. She was absolutely the best she made sure I knew that even though Walmart didn’t accept my vision insurance she made sure I knew how to contact them and what I needed to file and just was able to explain the entire process. During the purchasing she made sure I got the best glasses for my life style (I.e type of lens , anti glare, blue light protection or not). And was very attentive and respectful and explained things multiple times for me. She seriously was the best!!! I took up a lot of her time and she didn’t seem annoyed or bothered always stayed happy and positive and helpful. I’ve had glasses my whole life and this is my first time to a Walmart vision center and thanks to these two ladies I will definitely be back. Thanks Julie and Raven for being so great!!

Stopped to see if there was an eye doctor for an exam, there was not. Staff acted too busy to answer questions but told me I could get glasses prescriptions filled there. Went to lacey instead.

Larry was very helpful and patient with my 94 year old mother's glasses order. He listened to what she wanted and provided great customer service. He was so good that I also decided to get my glasses there.

Raven is the best! I came in for a repair and she was so nice and helpful! She was so informative and courteous! She really is just a sweetheart! I didn’t buy my glasses here but she fixed them anyway! Perfect fit!
