Came in 3:00 am and was told NO restroom. That's the very very basic you can offer to help a driver.

Faster unloading than most Walmart DC's

I hate making reviews. However this one has to be made. I arrived at 0100 for a 0200 appt on Saturday. I was told my appt was rescheduled for Sunday at 0945. When I asked why they stated that the shipper notified them the DDT time was not met so they rescheduled appt. I did not get the new appt time. I was then told I could wait and be a work in. I said ok. So here it is now Sunday morning at 12:45 am. I go inside and ask what is the issue. I was told by the old bitty that my appt was for 9:45 Sunday. I explained I was told I could be a work in. She told me that is based on space and man power. I explained I could drop my trailer and they can unload when they are ready. She looks at me and tells me "I do not make the rules" I explained I'm aware of that. However I should have been told this. I am going on sitting here for almost 23 hrs at this point. None the less. If your company does not tell you of a new appt time. Do not wait. Find another way to deal with the load. The people in the CRO are extremely rude and un apologetic. I even explained that I needed to get to my grand daughters birthday. The lady behind that plexi glass looked at me as if I'm the one that missed my appt. And not a care in the world. It is no wonder drivers do not like delivering to wal marts. None the less this DC is now on my do not return list. I know I'm only one driver. However when I came to write this review it is evident I'm not the only one that was had issues here.

The folks that deal with receiving in this Walmart DC are always friendly and helpful. I got unloaded pretty quickly and got out of there in a reasonable time. Easy in and out and not difficult to maneuver... No one should ever have any problems here!

Normally good here but upper management was walking around inside slowing everything down. Took 4 hours to unload half a trailer. Well actually 45 minutes to unload rest of time was counting.

Simple fast. Easy in and out. Been here a few times, no complaints. Do the Walmart thing….. chock drop etc. pull over parking bobtail lot walk in. Nice people

Don't come here early. They will deny you. Accept receiving one hour prior to appointment time.
