My experience getting my storage unit was easy here ( has been not-so-easy at some other places, one in particular also in Woodland.... Never again... Ever.). I can't for the life of me remember the managers name right now, but she was really, very nice, straight forward and accommodating. I appreciate you, lady, whatever your name is!

My update in response to business: the person who told this to me was your customer service worker. You already know about this. They told me someone dug a hole, but the ground wasn't disturbed anywhere. I checked all fenced areas.

Don't have your stuff here, it's likely to get stolen, not secure. Their cameras don't cover all areas, I'm not sure if a customer their friend or an employee is a thief but it's one of them.

This place is amazing. Very affordable units and is open til 9pm. Sara behind the desk is amazing. She was very helpful and just so absolutely nice. I would highly recommend storing your extra stuff there.

Have had my monthly rent paid by a bill pay, bank check every month for almost 2 years. Never late, auto-scheduled, never worried about or needed to tinker with it. If it ain't broken... was assessed a $10 late fee for February, it being a 28-day month, it was sent on exactly the same schedule, but was considered late due to the 28-day month. This place is great, clean, convenient, but paying a 28% late fee when I've never been late left a bad taste.

Not terribly busy, people don't appear to be living there, and as long as you are in the gate by 9 you can leave whenever it seems like without issue. I also like the personalized security codes and the fact that there are codes on the gate as well as the doors into the storage facilities. No one has ever bothered me here.

This place is always amazing! I've been late a few times because I just I don't know I think that I pay but I forget, anyways they're always so pleasant there at this location and I just want to say thank you and keep up the great work
