Could have a more professional method way...of lifting loaded containers the...the holster peoples bring the chassis back there up call take the to designated slot it would cut the delay and congestion

This is a good place if drivers are there during the day. It is impossible to get help with repairs or flips after about 7PM. It practically seems to be no employees after that time. It is impossible to reach someone by phone and if drivers use the kiosk to call, it just rings. After having a driver wait for almost 3 hours for a chassis flip, I had to call the UP Emergency Line just to get someone to get something done. It shouldn't be that way and it should really have a better support system overnight - whether virtually or in person. Otherwise, it's okay. Wheeled facilities are always great!

I use to love the U.P in Marion, Arkansas but they cut staff and everything is falling apart. I pay for container flip but the system is messed up. It shows good on our end but not on their end. I call the number to get the crane to come flip the container but they rarely answer the phone. I have sat for 3 hours waiting on a crane. It's terrible.

LOOK I AM SICK OF THIS TRAIN!!!! Everyday this trains stop. It leave you stranded for 30 minutes or more waiting for it to leave. IM OVER IT! It’s the biggest inconvenience. The government or somebody needs to something about this. It’s no way a train should stop for 30 minutes to an hour. I CANT STAND IT

The chassis flip area is a joke. I waited over two hours first inline for the operator to show up. I started driving around looking for him. After speaking with two yard dog drivers they both informed me eithet he had went home or was hiding asleep. I found him asleep in his truck hiding. This is very common here in Marion Arkansas. Ever since they fired all of the office personnel and went automated it has really sucked. The supervisor wont even do his job anymore he hangs out with the other lazy employees.

Worse place to pickup a Container, Chassis are never Good! Hostlers will put a brand spanking new box on a horrible chassis and the driver has to get it flipped, meaning go find a new chassis to put a box the Rail put on a bad chassis!!! They have drivers sitting dam near 2 hours to get a Flip but expect a driver to follow their rules... Place is a Joke!

They do not offer public restrooms then they hold you at the gate waiting for a company to pay a late fee for over an hour if you have to use the bathroom in the parking lot the band you for 30 days like it's your fault. This is a public health concern they need to provide restrooms for truck drivers. I poop in their parking lot every 30 days

Great place to pickup freight. Rail folks get the containers off train fast. Road maintenance gets dot problems on chassis corrected without problems. Only problem I've observed is the actual train. It seems if it rains the train runs late. Maybe the engineer's don't do wet..
