Wonderful customer service! Andrew was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me thru the process of renting blankets and it was seamless. Miss Marcia was so friendly and helped me to feel right at home. She makes you want to pull up a chair and chat. Plus the store has all that you need for a move. Good prices too. 5 stars!

When I first moved to Star City I tried getting a uhaul and was given the run around by Memphis TN. Dispatch. I was sent to five location and Never got a container. I reserved a car trailer at the Pine Bluff location which I needed a day before and even went early and was able to get the trailer with no issues. I would do this location again and have informed friends moving here about them. 10 out of 10. As for Memphis TN. They still owe me my 50 for not providing my equipment at five locations.

Son goes to school in b Pine Bluff Ar. Used this location during the last break. Went here and checked the place out it is actually very clean and well organized. Found the employees Here to be nice as well we will use again during next break.

Huge store with everything you could possibly need.

I drove my Motorhome in for LP gas. I was very disappointed that I could not get Propane, due to a leak in their hose.

Business seems very slow. Half dozen people sitting around visiting. Courteous and nice.

I moved my furnishings one weekend. Unaware that if you don't have extended hours entrance, you cannot enter the building, without paying an additional fee (upfront). I was told this information, but didn't quite understand the consequences, if you know what I mean. I thought that they would just bill you that amount on your storage bill. I was unable to enter the building after normal business hours. I saw a number listed on the outside window and called. The manager, Allison told me she would be there in about 10 minutes, well she was there. She was a "GODSENT". Not often you find "INDIVIDUALS" who do what they say this day and time, but Allison was "RIGHT ON TIME" as she promised. Because I live out of town and leaving that evening, it was imperative that I finished my storing that day. I thanked her and made my scheduled leave as agreed. MY HERO... Thanks Allison.
