For a quicker experience- do whatever paper work you can online so that if you need to go the counter, you’ll be in and out!

The gentleman older African American male was super rude to me and my husband. Not a race issue I’m black myself but this guy told us that we are dramatic because we wanted another truck, the truck he gave use had low thread on the passenger tire and the tire was deflating. I usually always go to this location and always use U-Haul but after this interaction with this gentleman I will ever come back. I can say The manager was nice and gave us another truck. I just didn’t understand why we had to go through the song and dance for another truck. It’s my safety and we deserved better customer service.

Better customer service, upon arrival to the store there was nobody at the counter to give me keys to the vehicle. He was upset because he said give me a minute however when you have people waiting to assist you with moving things I don’t have a minute to give. When I came back to return the equipment I pulled up to the designated area and waited in my vehicle as instructed by the sign posted, maybe ten minutes later nobody came to assist. I finally get a hold of an associate inside that comes out and stated “well nobody is working out here”. It’s just very inconvenient to have someone sitting then to get someone to come outside as if it’s my fault for following directions set forth by the store. She did not ask me any questions about the equipment she got in the vehicle windows up did some things then told me I was good to go. I never signed anything we didn’t do a walk around of the vehicle nothing was discussed. I wouldn’t come back Abdul definitely would not recommend anybody else to come to this location.

Terrible and inept employees fill this location. At the last minute trailer reservation was moved to this location. Trailer was not functioning properly and the employee continuously insisted we take it as is with no running lights and we refused considering we had paid for a hitch and installation from this location earlier that week. Employee who initially did the wiring took over an hour to arrive and another 3 hours to correct the issue and get us going. The staff in no way gave us any sort of credit or compensation for the gross negligence on their behalf. Would not recommend this location. Do not waste your time or money.

Took my money for claming left the truck dirty and said it was muddied literally no mud in the back of the truck but definitely inspect your truck they will try to pin anything little thing to keep

Samuel installed my hitch and he was terrific. Extremely thorough and attentive and clearly wanted the best for his customer. The manager, Joseph, was pleasant and professional and so was his staff. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because of U-Haul corporation itself. Very corporate and impersonal, hard to talk to a real person when you call, not great customer service when you do finally get a hold of someone, and when I arrived at the store they didn’t have record of my order (which was all processed electronically, not with a human being). Fortunately Samuel was able to take care of me and they had the supplies needed on hand. I’d really give it more like a 4.5 star review, as the physical location/store positives outweighed the larger company negatives.
