This branch is a joke. Got a load around 1pm on Friday and by the time my driver got to the pickup it was already about 3pm. So right there and then the broker has decided that they paid too much for the load, and could get a better price the following week. We even got an email from the broker saying that. Being in the middle of nowhere, we were unable to find a weekend reload so we got strangled for 2,5 days.

If you’re booking a load DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT book with these people. They don’t schedule deliveries and book loads with carriers that was supposed to be delivered weeks prior and don’t make a reschedule which will have your truck sitting for days. Also, after the first phone call to them about issues, they lie saying they’re handling it when they’re really not and you can forget about being compensated for detention and/or layovers. This has happened MULTIPLE times with this brokerage and I guarantee it’s going to be the last time with me. I only put one star because I had too in order to warn others of how company operates.

After working with Greg Davis I never been so disappointed. Today 06/14/19 He clearly mention delivery times fcfs and when I arrived at the reciver iv been told that my appt is for 5pm and its Friday so my week is gone. I tried to call him but I got no respond. So u got me Here. Thanks Davis for wasting my rest of the week here in Danville il. Do not book a load from this brokerage because they will lie to you and u will get screwed. This is a review from the driver (self dispatch). Iv been lied that its fcfs facility just to cover his load BUT they only do by appts. And I will get no money for this waste.Never again. Shame on you Greg davis I'll never book a load with u again

Worst experience trying to book a load with Josh Harr from TransPlace. Don't even waste your time trying to be polite and communicate with this human, as he has zero respect for the carrier. Hope management can view the emails their employees send out to carriers, very unprofessional.

I will never run load for these jokers. I was told load pick up at 330 but instead 730 stayed there to 230 at night. I mean I got to call an beg for my new rate con been over a month than it takes for every get paid worse company I ever dealt with in trucking
