Good people to deal with, a great experience! I have to say that it's one of the best experiences I've ever had with a storage unit company. I have to send a shout out to the manager Cynthia for the great service that she gives to the customers of this business. After storing my items for 6 years, I have to say: it has been smooth sailing all the way to the end. I'm appreciative for the great service they've given to me and my family. The absolute best storage facility in the Imperial Valley. I recently left Staxx Storage as it was a complete and total nightmare!!! Kudos to Cynthia and Chris for doing a phenomenal job with their customers and the facility!!! AAAAAA+++++

Really sad that the main gate to enter has not been fixed in several months. Also some of the Climate controlled units have holes in ceiling and cracked openings on emergency exit doors that have been that way for years.
