I Dealt with Norma. She is Very professional & understanding. This facility is very efficient. It not only comes with great security features but the staff is friendly and the technology to get in is convenient. Smart detection in the storage itself. 5 star customer service

Norma, Roberto, and Alicia provided excellent customer service, however it seems the overall management and facilities did not meet our expectations. (the 2 star rating is for the owners or area managers)
If you're looking for a place to control your packages with professional business operations
24/7 facilities, clean bathrooms, and a correct fiscal/physical address, it might be best to consider other options.

I use this facility as my personal workspace. While I work from home, I need a designated office for meetings, and this space has been indispensable. It provides the privacy I require along with 24/7 access, which is essential for my international work, zoom meetings, etc. My only hope to make this place even better is more reliable internet but has not been causing any major problem.

This place is very clean and the storage unit that I rented was very spacious so I can put all my items and furniture inside and there was very secure,easy to open your storage unit with your own phone ,also Norma is very nice and helpful and the office always look very good with that decorations. I recommend this place very much and you can receive your delivery packages too.
