Owners were shouting at broker as we were booking the load! The nerve of them. They were trying to humiliate the broker when actually all they did was humiliate themselves. The rate confirmation does state any deductions if not followed so just read your confirmations before you sign. Not complain after the fact Geez!!! They do have the most requirements that I have ever seen in this industry and we were asked 10 million questions constantly. Feel bad for the people who work for those monsters

***Stay away from these scumbags
Jeff will cut your rate after you complete the load without telling you during your trip. Accounting took 4 months to pay direct. Stay away if you don't use factoring and watch out for these crooks, they will cut your rate without telling you beforehand and wait until you complete your load to tell you all of the deductions they are taking away from the rate.
