Had a flatbed put on my truck. Had a contract written up before I started in how much it would cost. They ended up putting on the wrong bed for my application and asked if they could charge me more for extra work they had to do. After I went in and paid they messed up on billing. I got a call 2 weeks later saying I owed more money. I love my CM Truck bed but should have gone to a more reputable installer and dealer. Could have saved a lot of money and time going elsewhere.

AWESOME TEAM within the service department! Mike and Amber that manage the front lines have a wonderful since of humor. Combining the duos professionalism with their individual sarcastic personalities can certainly crack a smile on even some of the most difficult customers!

I can't guarentee for every situation, but I can say this team will give you their best. The team was able to get me in right away so I could still make my delivery on-time without having to come back or be suck for 4-5 days like other recent dealer experiences.

I rolled into town with a unique situation needing repairs to my APU that I depend on to keep my sleeper functional. (Terry?) a 15 year veteran of the business without hesitation met me outside inquiring what brought me by before I even could get checked in. Explaining the problem, Terry then gladly escorted me to the service department where I met Mike and Amber. Within a very reasonable amount of time, Richard was actually assignment to my truck and had my truck in the shop.

Understanding I am one of the analest people you'll ever meet when it comes to proper repair work. After talking with Richard for a few minutes regarding my APU, I was confident he legitimately knew what he was doing. However, merely in the spirit of ensuring I would not have a reoccurring visit anytime soon, Richard invited Terry's opinion regarding his diagnosis. They both agreed, repairs where made, and I was out the door in about an hour to go make my delivery. The icing on the cake was to hear the beautiful words......... "Everything is covered under warranty. Have a wonderful and safe day Sir!"

In closing, I personally will be back. This shop and team is now on my short list of preferred. Thank you to everyone and for being an honest, genuine shop that cares more for doing it right the first time. They are getting harder and harder to find these days! 🙂 Be blessed!

They took ALL DAY repairing the APU. It worked for a while, but broke again and I took my truck on a Saturday up to a shop in MO, and discovered that Transport Refrigeration put on the wrong manifold. It’s the completely wrong part. I lost that money that I paid them to do shabby work, 2 whole days with my family, and then had to pay a second shop to do the job correctly. Do not use Transport refrigeration. There is a shop right behind them called W&B Service; I’ll try them next time.
