This company has some of the worst drivers on the road. Inconsiderate & dangerous. If you see a Transco Lines / RTI truck on the interstate, get away from it!

STAY AWAY from TLI they disrespectful to their drivers! I let them know my mother passed away on Saturday and told after hrs Dispatch I would call my DM Monday morning I did told him I would call him back Friday to go out Sunday, But Monday night my neighbor called me that this company got a tow- company to get the truck but leave the trailer in my yard for 2 weeks . They gave me shit miles and for my time not worth the money, I could of been in factory and made what I made here. So with my experience this is the most disrespectful, shafting there drivers, and now I see why they have such a horrible and high turnover. Hope y'all look over these like I should of done!!!!!

Good company to drive for. Good trucks for teams, solo driver trucks, not so much. Good pay, especially dedicated Estes account. Good dispatch but hard to reach night and weekends. Good pay. EXCELLENT accomodations during orientation, vouchers for lunch food truck and restaurant at hotel for dinner. If you are at the terminal after hire you can take the van (sign it out) for Walmart run/errands. I would recommend them.

I have with this company almost a month ans I love it. The dispatcher are nice and they do everything they can to keep you moving. The pay is good and they care about family. Keep up the good work

I worked for this company for short period of time, they were very unorganized, and you the driver get blamed because dispatch has poor communication skills, the pay isn't good at all..... But this is just my personal experience with them.

I have worked for them 3 different times once with my daughter, and twice with my husband I've always ran team, also I had gotten a chance to train my nephew with Transco, they are awesome, a great company to work for, and they really do care about there drivers, they do acknowledge there drivers with special awards n events they do !!! I still hold my CDL n I would go back to them in a minute, even as a solo driver, ITS YHE BEST TRUCKING COMPANY IVE EVER WORKED FOR!!! AND THE MONEY WAS ALWAYS THERE ON TIME WHAT THEY TELL YOU IS ALWAYS WHAT THEY SAY OR PROMISE IT TO BE , HONESTLY I CANT SAY ANYTHING NEGITIVE ABOUT THEM BECAUSE THEV HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GOOD TO ME!!!!!! If you are willing to work hard and do your job properly, this is the company for you! Straight out of orientation I was able to get rolling immediately and make my money. My DM was straightforward and truthful with me and has stuck to his word since I’ve been on the road. Any problems I had while being on the road was corrected and resolved that day and I love it here! Oh and the orientation team was great and made sure all questions were answered so you did not leave with any confusion. This is the best company I’ve drove for yet and don’t plan on going anywhere. You will get your miles as long as you like to run and on time to appointments. Great company to work for and I promise you that you will love it here!
