Top Mast Resort - North Truro, Massachusetts

Took an October trip with my adult son and wound up at Top Mast on the hook just a couple miles (10 minutes) from downtown Provincetown. I had stayed closer to town across from the beach weeks earlier for much more $$$.

At Top Mast we climbed stairs to the second floor. The unit had 2 room areas and each had a TV so we each had some private space. We used the wall heater. One room has a pocket door. There was a kitchenette, small bath. We faced the beach on the second floor and heard the waves at night and the sunset. Could see all the way to the flashing red lighthouse and Pilgrim Monument. My son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We ate downtown. We walked the beach finding the folks friendly. It was reasonable quiet this Columbus Day.

Everything was great! We were on beachside, ground floor. Walked right out onto our private deck which went to the grilling are and the beach! Kerene, front desk, was always ready to help and very friendly! Love coming here! Look forward to our trip next year, same time, same spot❤️❤️❤️

1st time here and pleasantly surprised! Beautiful location! Facility including pool building, restaurant office and rooms were very clean and neat. Service and food in the restaurant were great. (Crystal our waitress was awesome) Had a nice chat with the owner about the history of the resort and showed us some old photos of what it was like years ago. We will definitely be back!!!

We love to visit “off season”. The Cape is alive with wonderful hiking, beautiful vistas, great restaurants and less crowds Topmast is the place to stay. The staff is warm and welcoming, the accommodations clean and functional, the sunsets spectacular. Who could ask for more?!.

🗣️🗣️What an amazing little getaway resort🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️... If you are looking to have the Atlantic Ocean as your backdrop and a wonderful little place to just relax between good times this is exactly the place for a great price.... ‼️ We had an absolute blast nice little time... The staff (Awesome) even left us our key, when we came late they left us a note on the door ! what a great move 🙏❤️‼️

Stayed for 5 days. Have stayed there many times over 15 years or more.
The rooms are nice and you are right on the beach on Cape Cod Bay.
Looking right across you can see the tower in Provincetown, where we go on a daily basis while on vacation.
This is a very affordable option to getting a place to stay that's close to Ptown. It's about a 10 minute drive to the center where we park on the wharf, but not the main parking. Over to the right of the parking lot, where you pay by the hour, is a smaller lot with 1 price for the Day. Prices vary depending on which day.
The resort is not a "high end" place, but quieter and comfortable than places nearby to Ptown.

Was visiting family in the area. Beautiful well kept property , very close to Ptown . All the conveniences of home and close to a grocery store. Will definitely use again.

Right on the beach with the balcony overlooking it. Beautiful sunsets, comfortable rooms. The restaurant is great, too. There's a bus every hour that takes you into Provincetown. So convenient.
