Was fired on November 11 due to a accident my fault was forced to give up my service dog because couldn't get him back home an it wasn't his responsibility .Derek Ulm's works .was told company policy was that all my personal belongings would be boxed up an held for 90 days once I was contacted as to where they were. I made many attempts to contact Derek Ulm an Timothy Robert's to get information about where they were neither of these men answered my message found out 2 days ago that all my belongs were thrown away an they would do nothing to pay for replacing them loss some items that were very dear to my a gift given to me by my wife before she died an this company didn't care . I recommend don't ever apply here they don't give a crap about you . You nothing but a number every week when I would come into the little rock yard I'd see 10 to 15 new drivers twice a week that should tell you all you want to know. Don't come here to work bad place an bad people this place is a poor excuse for a company that cares about their drivers. Worthless an will stabbing you in the back . You mean nothing to them

Communication with your DM is horrible. My television was broken by staff but not replaced. Had to set for 6 hours after a load before I was able to reach ANYONE. Was charged a pet deposit while I was in orientation but I didn't get my pet till after Orientation. So many red flags in the beginning but I ignored them hoping for the best at this place. Unfortunately I was sadly DISAPPOINTED

So the miles are awful nothing over 1200 miles for over 3 weeks in a row, trailers that is a neg 10. Communication 0. Trucks not much better than the trailers unless you are team. No settlement sheet for my last two checks. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone not even someone desperate. I had one trailer that didn't take me 30 minutes to get up or down in a three week period.

Wife of a tli driver, by far the worst company. No professionalism AT ALL. They never answer the phone, lie about money, they do everything they can to mess up your pay and your home time. Literally have never seen a company ran this badly, ever, you'd have better luck working at mcdonalds.

Not too bad. Run team with my dad. Dedicated run from Memphis to Denver, home weekends. Roughly $1400 a week. Would have given 5 stars if the truck had a 10 speed...Oh well, such is life,. If your looking for a new company I can tell you TLI is way better than any super carier (swift, CR England, knight etc) can't speak for solo, but teams do quite well..Goverend at 68mph.

It's not the best company but not the worst either. Orientation was really good, but they bring in 40+ new drivers every week that's a major red flag. The pay is very low, no matter how hard you run or where you run, you'll barely gross $1,000. I left after a month.
*Also note, a majority of the 5 star reviews are totally fake.
