The new facility is absolutely gorgeous and they have fulfilling your order down to a fine art now. When you walk in, you really do get a feel of professionalism, but with warmth. The new electronic boards that have the specials are great! However, what I truly love is the fact that every single person that works there become like family. They get to know you personally and truly care about your well being. Their prices are incredibly competitive, sometimes the best in this area. All in all, hands down, my favorite place. It’s always my first choice.

I went 10-16 got 2 one gram carts for $60. One of the carts were really hard to get unclogged. I called at 2:14 p.m. the next after work. I ask to speak with manager they said speaking I explain my situation. She said not a problem just return it and they'll make it right. I go couple hours later I had to get my son. I get there I explain to the desk woman. She was very rude. Kept asking me who the person I spoke with I even looked up on my phone. Her name was Rebecca. Then I get to the back and I get the 3rd degree about returning a faulty cart. First they was going to give me another. Made like it was my fault it didn't work.said that part that goes with buying carts. She tried to only give me $30 I said then it cost more money. This is not my fault. Then the woman not the Bud tender said I can't calculate numbers with me talking. I was so wow over this I'm customer. I will not get flower there again. I shouldn't have to prove myself. Hey didn't even make not even when I called. Very unprofessional

Don’t trust their special deals! They put out ad for a deal you had to go to the dispensary to find out what it was . I claimed like it said . It said you had to come in to find out what it was . You had to came for some 425 deal. the deals said if you claim it , it was good till close on 1/25-1/26 it was also on their menu on the wall in the vault. They said weedmaps put it out , they didn’t know what I was talking about. It is on their menu in house that they programmed. They lady with the keys was kinda ugly about it. False advertising, I thought I could trust them.

This place is very welcoming, I’ve been a customer of this establishment before they moved to Jonesboro and when they moved it was a no brainer to follow. Great staff and I can’t stress this enough, they are patient/knowledgeable/caring and understanding. No one is rushing you in and out the door like cattle as I’ve heard other establishments in the area do. The fact that their turn over rate seems to be almost non existent speaks for its self. Same faces in there, a few have come and gone but that’s to be expected. Owner is very hands on with customers and doesn’t just sit in his office like most corporate people do. So his presence is known and it shows. Has a tremendous and vast selection, very big waiting space for those who enjoy their own space. They even have a selfie wall photo op for when you’re waiting. Wild thing is, when they moved their prices got even lower. Literal lowest spot to purchase medical marijuana in NEA. Thanks for taking care of me NEA Full Spectrum (Now The Vault) no people this is not the bar 😂 Hope everyone has a wonderful day 🙏
