Stor House Self Storage- Yelm . I needed a place that was close and convenient for me to store my stuff. I was cluttered up to the neck. I called around and spoke to Dawn the manager of Stor-House Self Storage she gave me a run down on prices and I went to check it out for myself. I was amazed when I walked in to see the security system dozens of cameras behind where Dawn sat wow I was impressed. How clean and big this place was. Dawn gave me a tour of the 3 story building and as we walked to see the available units I was again impressed that you needed a key card to access the building and also the elevator up to the 3rd floor we went. I was happy with the size of the storage unit fit my needs and I took it. What most impressed me next I couldn’t believe. Dawn said the first two months would be half price and get this it blew me away. You can have use of the brand new rental truck to move my stuff for the whole day. Are you kidding me yes yes and yes wow. If you’re moving and live in Yelm or near by town this place is for you . Take my word I’m a storage guru and know a screaming deal when I see one . You have access to your unit early morning till 10 pm Dawn will help you choose what unit best serves your needs. Tell her RubenTheCuban recommends you I get no reward for this i just know a good deal and you will too. Last but not least they provide carts to take your stuff up on an elevator this place has it all you won’t be disappointed there beyond old fashioned storage units . Let me tell you I came in here today just to inquire about getting a storage unit and I was greeted with nothing but kindness from James and by Dawn. They are two wonderful people that work here in the office we went upstairs. She showed me everything Don showed me many units that I could have the possibility of having and help me choose what would be the best for me in my situation because I had no idea, so this place is clean. Oh my God it’s clean and the people that work here are just fab If you want to rent a place a storage unit where you have great management people in the front I would definitely come here because I have been in places where people They rented anything to you or not and that’s not what it is here. All they want is to make sure that you get the best service they can give you they give you all the information and I just want you to be happy as a customer. how many places can you say I like that anymore, I’ll tell you I can maybe So thank you so much y’all you’re great and I am so glad I came in here and got my storage unit. I went in today without a clue what I needed but James was more than willing to take his time and explain how it all worked. He walked us through the units and explained what he thought would fit in each unit to ensure we had enough space for what we needed.
Definitely recommend this storage facility for friendly staff, great security, and the cleanliness.

I was so impressed by the level of service I received. The ladies up front were always helpful, sweet, patient and professional. I had to switch units 3 times and each time they helped me right away. I highly recommend the Stor-House in Yelm. Thank you for making my move easy!

Great customer service. Very welcoming. Free truck to use on move in day. Have all your storage needs, gave us free used boxes that customers left behind. Saved us money. Units are temperature controlled, definitely recommend location.
