Best storage facility in the Fort Smith area. Climate controlled, spacious areas for loading and unloading. Extremely clean and amazing customer service.
We had a storm strike our home so we had to move some property into storage. I’m skeptical of storage units due to pests and weather. They provided a secure location to keep my property with little chance of exposure to the elements with indoor storage versus the surrounding area exterior units. They also assured me they stay on top of bug and pests with consistent pest control processes occurring periodically.
Highly recommend this facility for anyone needing to protect their valuables without having to worry.

Kevin was extremely quick to assist me with locating my unit at the storage center upon arrival , as well as answering any questions that I had . Not only was he helpful upon check-in , he was able to help me get a bigger storage unit space for my needs , provide me with a lock so I didn’t have to make an extra trip & showed me where the carts were located for those heavy to move items .
Booking my unit was a breeze , then being met in person at the office with Exceptional customer service , zero hassle . Ask for Kevin for your storage needs!
