Took a $1500 order for students calculators and never delivered it. These people changed the location of delivery to “dinner” and took the proof of delivery photo on the truck. I need answers!

Using them to deliver a machine for work.
They scheduled a delivery for me today between 12 and 6, and tracking shows it’s still halfway across the country. Called them up and they said “oh you have to add 1-5 days to that for delivery”. The date they called and scheduled with me!
So now I’m supposed to take the next 5 days off and hope for the best? This will cost me thousands. I’m going to lose more then the machine is even worth due to these people. Never again. That’s for sure.

I had a cabinet built in shipped to me back in December. They said that the delivery would be delayed due to weather to which I was understanding. They finally contacted me in January to schedule a delivery. I accepted and they no called/no showed. When I called them, they said that they ran out of drivers at the end of the night. I asked to reschedule the next day. The time for delivery came and went. I called again only to be told that they did not have a truck capable of delivering my product and asked if I had a forklift at my RESIDENCE? Now they are not returning calls from me, their distribution center, or the person I purchased the product from. Please avoid doing any business with these people at all cost. I am seriously considering getting a Uhaul and grabbing my stuff from them and then taking them to court to recoup the money for the uhaul, the help I hired to move the cabinet and wasted time. smh

My shipment arrived at their warehouse, then sat for a week. I saw these terrible reviews and prepared myself for the worst. By pressuring the customer service line and my shipper who does a lot of business with tforce, I finally got a call back from the local scheduler saying it would be delivered next day. Delivery arrived within the time window the next day without damage. Driver was very professional and friendly.

Do not hire these people. Hire literally anyone else. Hire children. Hire people who are so drunk they cannot see. Anyone. Literally anyone else. They do not call to schedule delivery. They do not know when they're coming. Every time you call you're on hold for at least 20 minutes, and when you finally get on the phone they don't know anything. "Yes, we think maybe your item is on the truck and please be home for 8 hours but no we can't guarantee anything and oh I tried to call the driver but he's not answering his phone. Oh, and wait, we don't actually have your item we were contracted to deliver, we've subcontracted it out to someone nobody has heard of." Did I receive my item? No. Will I be able to finish my construction project? No. Will I have to reverse $1500 worth of charges on my credit card? Yes. Save yourself hours on the phone, hours wasted waiting at home, and missed deadlines. Don't believe anything they promise. Do not do business with these people.

Worst delivery company I have dealt with. They tried to leave the delivery on the street and not by the garage. How is that considered a normal delivery or industry best practice. Had to reject the delivery. I received excuses that they receive claims about damaging driveways. That’s part of business, and an internal issue, train your drivers better and you have insurance for claims if it’s too much raise your prices but give people a normal delivery experience.

I had a delivery window from 2pm to 6pm. I was told I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to my delivery. Instead I received a call from dispatch telling me that they drivers left and that they had been calling me for 30 minutes. I guess they called during the 30 minutes when my phone wasnt accepting calls. I was told the drivers would turnaround and come back in 10 mins but they never came. At 4pm I tried calling since they close at 5 but they had already close early for the day. DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY COMPANY.
